The scope of the Back Office system is to manage customer payments into a client account. The
client account may consist of one or more bank accounts. There are a number of ledgers set up
within the client account so that each transaction may be assigned to the correct ledger. These
ledgers will include one for the agency and one for each cottage, at least.
As payments are made into and out of the system transactions are posted to these ledgers. This
allows extremely detailed reporting and tracking.
