Short breaks seems to be the accepted terminology, but we prefer to think of them as Special
Bookings. This is because any booking that is not an owner booking, and is not for a whole
number of weeks starting on the cottage changeover day is classed as an SB. There is a screen
to enter the details for these bookings that allows the dates to be entered, then calculates
the rent according to each agencies rules and allows it to be changed. Once the dates have been
entered the normal booking form is then used to enter the rest of the booking details.
