eBooksys comprises two main web based modules - the Booking Management module and
the accounting Back Office module. Being web based means that all functions are accessible from any
browser equipped PC, enabling multi-site operations.
The Booking Management module allows the appropriate information to be accessed by the appropriate people
in order to allow the complete end to end management of all contacts with the agency. The customer can
order a brochure, view availability and make and modify their own bookings, whilst agency staff
can continue to take phone and mail bookings as now.
The Back Office module is based around a client account, with as many actual bank accounts within
the client account as you require. Each cottage has its own ledger to which all the relevant
transactions are posted. The module provides all the required accounting
functions. These include automatically apportioning payments received from customers through to
sending payments to owners by cheque or BACS.
